Let’s talk about nutrition!

Whether you’re looking for accountability for general health and wellness goals; aiming to increase muscle mass and improve stamina/performance for your sport/workout; or to heal your relationship with food, you’ve come to the right place.

What I do

Intuitive Eating

With an amateur interest in psychology and philosophy, the principles of intuitive eating set the foundation of my nutrition services. I help my clients find freedom from food rules and beliefs; reconstruct their relationship with food and body; and facilitate the transition from “chronic dieter” to “intentional nourisher”.

Mindfulness/Yoga

I utilize my 200 RYT and trauma-informed yoga instructor certifications to help my clients strengthen their mind-body connection, build emotional intelligence, and translate these principles into health and fitness goals. I provided 1:1 yoga instruction in the comfort of your home and corporate wellness group-instruction. I utilize mindful-and-yoga-based principles in nutrition counseling.

Performance Nutrition

As a retired collegiate volleyball player and active individual, I am passionate about helping both current and retired athletes of all levels/ages; recreational athletes and gym-goers; and endurance athletes improve their stamina and performance with individualized sports nutrition guidance.
